Other people's kids can be nightmares

(This picture format was chosen by my sister, not me, and also helps to show why four people should not try to squeeze into the new style photo booths.)
Jade's birthday was the 2nd and we took her and Samantha to the Children's Museum. There were so many kids there, it was unbelievable. Alot of them seemed to be with one of three school groups because the announcer kept telling them to go to different areas to meet. The massive amount of kids in itself would've been fine except that alot of them seemed to feel as though they didn't need to share with anyone outside of their group or that they got unlimited turns on things. Other kids pushed their way through lines and one very nice little girl was kicking sand in Jade's face while her mother just barely watched her from a bench nearby. Other than that, when the groups started leaving there were more opportunities for Jade and Samantha to do more things. Though it was getting hot and everyone was getting tired and hungry by that point. Luckily we did find a couple of the less popular areas to frequent during the busy hours. Also when Jade went in they gave her a birthday pin and so she was treated very nice by the workers there who also sang her "Happy Birthday." People kept stopping to look at Jade's dress and pin and my tattoo on my back. When we got back we had Jade's birthday party at my mom's house and she had Care Bear everything. We found her a Care Bear cake and balloons and she was wearing a Care Bear dress that Ben's mom made. I was so exhausted by the time we got home, but it was worth it to see how happy Jade was.
