I'm getting married

Crazy, huh? Me, of all people-me who previously thought marriage was pretty dumb has agreed to let some guy talk me into it. No, really, Ben proposed to me last Saturday and it really didn't sink in until the next day. I think I was in shock the whole first day and then I finally got excited the next when I realized that it had really happened. I told almost everyone I need to tell about it-well pretty much everyone I need to tell to get the ball rolling on everyone else finding out. I've delayed telling my best friend in the whole wide world about it because I know that we are both very busy people these days and it will undoubtedly be a very long conversation so I've been waiting till I have time and when she's hopefully home. It's pretty cool that we are both engaged now, maybe we'll have a double wedding-just kidding. Everyone has been asking when the date is and what my plans are, but it's like geez we've only been engaged for like a week now. We are planning on waiting until Ben's graduated-for me it will probably be after we are already married. But, yeah, we will probably do our wedding in Vegas or something, have our honeymoon, and then have a reception later on. We also want to actually own a house before we get hitched, although we are making that first step and moving out of this apartment and into a house(though we are only renting it).
